The time is now!! With elections, the holiday season, and the end-of-the-year hustle kicking off, it’s crucial to slow down and reconnect with ourselves and what truly matters. Finding ways to resource ourselves helps us to thrive, especially during what can be a stressful time of year. So, how about we set ourselves up to close out this year with intention and joy?

What to expect: 

Never done this before? Connie creates a very comfortable environment to share and let down your hair. We’ll come together around a theme and share our ideas and thoughts. We’ll devise a simple way to stay attentive that allows our intentions to soar! You will leave the circle of women feeling nourished and empowered.

What to bring:

Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. We’ll sit in a circle on bolsters provided by Rose Gold Wellness. Please bring a journal and a pen.

Connie created Sacred Circles to unite women in a safe space to explore these ideas that guide us back to our best selves. We begin to remember our truth when we share our hearts to connect and grow- as people, as women, and as a community. And our truths must not be contained but shared!
