Coming Home to Yourself
When life throws you a curve ball, what calls you home? When the hectic swirl of life swallows you whole and you can’t catch a break, how do you find your center? What calls you back to settle into your body when you feel overwhelmed, overworked, or overstimulated?
There is a place we return to, a homecoming within where we find our center, and we can hold ourselves in our struggle until we remember who we are. Maybe you don’t know how to do that or it’s time to reconnect.
Join us at Rose Gold Wellness for a special women’s circle gathering to share with each other and rekindle a practice that can help us come home to ourselves when we need it!
What to expect:
Never done this before? Connie creates a very comfortable environment to share and let down your hair. We’ll come together around a theme and share our ideas and thoughts. We’ll devise a simple way to stay attentive that allows our intentions to soar! You will leave the circle of women feeling nourished and empowered.
What to bring:
Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. We’ll sit in a circle on bolsters provided by Rose Gold Wellness. Please bring a journal and a pen.
Space is limited, sign up today!
About Sacred Circles:
When women come together with a common dream, we usher in change. And so, the healing starts with us. And while the healing begins with us, we show up whole- nothing is wrong with us, and nothing is to be fixed. And so, the invitation becomes one of remembrance. The time has come to remember, woman, who you truly are, every facet of your whole being. When you remember who you are- you call forth courage, power, and passion, thus becoming unstoppable. When you remember who you are, you unleash your unique magic and gifts for the world to revel in.
Connie created Sacred Circles to unite women in a safe space to explore these ideas that guide us back to our best selves. We begin to remember our truth when we share our hearts to connect and grow- as people, as women, and as a community. And our truths must not be contained but shared!
