Please join me this Tuesday, June 21st at the MC Hotel in Monclair, NJ to celebrate the Summer Solstice. We will be doing a lovely Hatha Flow class to connect with our light and celebrate the turning of the seasons! This is a class for all levels.
There is a class at 6am, 7am, and 2:30pm. Each class will be an hour. To sign up, click the “reserve your spot” button and choose which class time you will be attending.
