We’ll experience an embodiment practice (meditation/sound healing/journaling) to discover and meet ourselves where we are and witness each other. What to expect:
Never done this before? Connie creates a very comfortable environment to share and let down your hair. We’ll talk about intention and share our ideas and thoughts. We’ll devise a simple way to stay attentive that allows our intentions to soar! You will leave the circle of women feeling nourished and empowered.
What to bring:
Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. We will sit on the floor on provided floor pillows- but if you have a cushion or yoga blanket to spare, please bring it! Please bring a journal and a pen.
