Happy women’s history month! To celebrate the women in our lives, let’s come together for a mother and daughter event at Athleta! Join Connie Viglietti on the spring equinox, march 20th, 9am at Athleta in Upper Montclair for a women circle yoga practice. We’ll have a fun mother/daughter partner practice while ushering in the blossoming of spring!  Wear yoga clothes and bring a mat if you have one! All ages welcome. (If your mother or daughter is not near/complicated/no longer here, come and celebrate anyway!)
